I'm still in Iowa staying with family and have taken a temp/part-time Census job over the next 8 weeks here, but my plan is to get back to Silver City within the next couple months. Have applied for one job at GRMC and am keeping a lookout for anything else that might "fit" me. Let me know if you hear of anything. Thanks so much for being with me as I started this healing journey. I think of you all often and will visit when I get back. Kinesio taping is however not a self-help activity. Supervision is definitely needed for the inital use. This is being increasingly used to treat lymphedema by therapists trained to treat lymphatic disorders. Removing the tape is also a tricky procedure and the caregiver should do it carefully.
